These are referred to as the “determinants of health”, which include the individual’s background, lifestyle, economic status, social conditions and spirituality; Studies have shown that high levels of stress can affect human health. An important way to maintain one’s personal health is to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet includes a variety of plant-based and animal-based foods that provide nutrients to the body.
